Welcome to Pay Kori. By accessing or using Pay Kori’s website, payment gateway, APIs, merchant services, or related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
By registering an account, integrating Pay Kori with your website or application, or using any Pay Kori service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Pay Kori provides online payment gateway and payment collection solutions that may support mobile banking, bank transfers, international payment methods, API integrations, and other available payment services.
Available payment methods and features may change from time to time.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating or maintaining an account. You must keep your login credentials, API keys, access tokens, and other security information confidential.
You are responsible for all activities performed through your account and must immediately notify Pay Kori if you suspect unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
You agree not to use Pay Kori for illegal activities, fraudulent transactions, money laundering, unauthorized financial activity, scams, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Pay Kori reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts involved in suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities.
Payment processing may depend on the selected payment method, financial institution, payment provider, network availability, and other external factors.
A transaction may be delayed, declined, reversed, or cancelled due to technical issues, insufficient funds, security checks, provider restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Pay Kori’s direct control.
Applicable transaction fees, service charges, settlement fees, or other charges will be communicated through the relevant service, merchant account, or pricing information.
Pay Kori reserves the right to modify applicable fees with appropriate notice where required.
Refunds, cancellations, and transaction disputes may be subject to the merchant’s refund policy, payment provider rules, and applicable laws.
Pay Kori may assist with transaction-related investigations where appropriate but does not guarantee a refund for every disputed transaction.
Merchants using Pay Kori APIs must use them according to the provided documentation and security requirements. You must not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with Pay Kori systems.
API credentials must be kept secure and must not be publicly exposed.
We aim to provide reliable and secure services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, network failures, or third-party service interruptions.
Pay Kori may temporarily suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account where necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, investigate suspicious activity, or enforce these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pay Kori shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party losses arising from the use or inability to use the services.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
